Dear Hellen, It has been more than a week since the group of 12 has returned from our trip to Galapagos and Peru. I just wanted to take this opportunity to
say a hearty "thank you" to you, Elena, Jannina and others, whose names I don't know or remember, for all your expert arrangements for and assistance before and during our trip, including even the transportation back to the Airport in Lima on 25 June.
It was a magical trip, thanks to your expert planning for an action-packed itinerary in Peru and for Zoe, Wilson, Lloyd and I for the trip to Galapagos as well. Every one of us had a fantastic time visiting the sacred sites of the Andes and the Inca
civilization, ascending to unimaginable heights, literally, as in Taquile Island, savouring the local food that were so fresh and different from those we have in North America, including a variety of the cactus fruits, the famous "guinea pig" ... and
last but not least, for the group, shopping for baby alpaca products. You should have seen them on every stop, whether it was on the mountain top, in the town plaza, at bus stops or through the windows of train rides, especially on the train ride from
Aquas Caliente back to Cuzco, after the fashion show!!! The European seated a the other end never had a chance to look at the merchandise!!! Personally, I want to thank Elena particularly for arranging the Doctor's visit to my hotel room in Arequipa.
Without that visit, I don't think I would be able to continue my journey onwards and would have to live in regrets for having missed all those breath-taking sites. It may be a while before any of us will be back to Peru or Galapagos - but until then,

say a hearty "thank you" to you, Elena, Jannina and others, whose names I don't know or remember, for all your expert arrangements for and assistance before and during our trip, including even the transportation back to the Airport in Lima on 25 June.
It was a magical trip, thanks to your expert planning for an action-packed itinerary in Peru and for Zoe, Wilson, Lloyd and I for the trip to Galapagos as well. Every one of us had a fantastic time visiting the sacred sites of the Andes and the Inca
civilization, ascending to unimaginable heights, literally, as in Taquile Island, savouring the local food that were so fresh and different from those we have in North America, including a variety of the cactus fruits, the famous "guinea pig" ... and
last but not least, for the group, shopping for baby alpaca products. You should have seen them on every stop, whether it was on the mountain top, in the town plaza, at bus stops or through the windows of train rides, especially on the train ride from
Aquas Caliente back to Cuzco, after the fashion show!!! The European seated a the other end never had a chance to look at the merchandise!!! Personally, I want to thank Elena particularly for arranging the Doctor's visit to my hotel room in Arequipa.
Without that visit, I don't think I would be able to continue my journey onwards and would have to live in regrets for having missed all those breath-taking sites. It may be a while before any of us will be back to Peru or Galapagos - but until then,
we shall have the wonderful memories of this incredible trip. Should you or Elena ever come to New York, please let us know. We will be happy to see you here. June 2011

in January 2008. When we checked a tour package with another agency, we found that it was too expensive. Through a mutual friend of ours we were introduced to Diana. We let her know that we would like to cover Lima , Cusco , Machu Picchu and the Sacred
Valley of Incas with the least cost and in a short span of 8 days. She worked with us in planning the trip and came out with a cost which was far below the first packaged deal. After having planned the trip, Diana and her colleagues, Edwin and Hellen,
did all the leg work for all the local tours by booking the air tickets and doing the preliminary arrangements. Diana arranged for us to stay with local families in Cusco and Lima . The families welcomed us with a warm heart and with enthusiasm which
made us feel welcomed. The local tour guides were very professional. Edwin received us at the Cusco airport, took us to our lodge and made sure that we were picked up and dropped off for all the tours. Machu Picchu was the highlight of the tour for which
we took the backpacker train. In Lima Helen received us at the airport and took us to the lodge. Miraflores was absolutely gorgeous and we enjoyed the beach and the city tour. Thank you March 2008

inesperados como Barranco, barrio muy romantico!! . Gracias a Inkamanta, descubri los bailes tipicos de las diferentes regiones del Peru. Este viaje cambio el sentido de mi vida. Descubri un pais con paisajes espléndidos, una cultura refinada,

, she helped us long before our trip even started by organizing everything and our stay in Lima , Inca Trail trip, an excursion to a rainforest lodge in Puerto Maldonado, and many trips to ruins around the Sacred Valley , such as Sacsayhuaman, Pisac,
and Moray. Cusco is a beautiful city, and we enjoyed its history and culture, food, and markets. We also visited the Sacsayhuaman ruins on horseback, which was truly a memorable experience. We then walked the 4-day Inca trail to Macchu Picchu, visiting
more ruins along the way, and highly recommend it. The tour agency took very good care of us. Our experience in the rainforest was a nice change from the Inca trail and we relaxed in a jungle lodge in hot, tropical weather and were able to see lots of
exotic animals such as caimans, tropical birds, and monkeys!We even swam in a lake filled with pirañas and caimans, although we stayed on the "safe" side of the lake. We were able to experience much of what Peru has to offer at a relaxed pace

everywhere. The Spanish school in Urubamba was informative and more helpful than university classes, the teachers were very knowledgeable. Though, traveling in developing countries can be quite an adventure at times, I felt for the amount of distance
we covered and places we visited we had very little trouble, which was amazing. I have traveled to India and to South America before, however during this experience in Peru I was able to obtain a more holistic view of a country. The people I met, like
the jungle tribes in the Amazon of the north, the city dwellers in Lima and the Quechua people in the Andes all gave me a broader view of the country of Peru . Also my exposure to the language helped me develop my Spanish skills. All in all , I would
